Inclement Weather

SureScript Pharmacies Working again
January 26th, 2010We have found the issue of what was causing the SureScript Pharmacies to fail and have the issue solved. All services should be running optimally as of now.

The server containing the list of SureScript Pharmacies has failed on an update. This will cause new pharmacy lookups to fail. We expect this to be back online in the next hour. This should only affect new pharmacy lookups.

December 1st, 2009Tuesday 12-1-2009 from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am 12-2-2009 we will be offline for emergency maintenance.
Backup and Running
December 1st, 2009A network device failed and shorted out other devices, we lost 48 ports across 2 switches. The switches have been replaced and service should now be restored.
Beta RxManager Offline Until Noon Today
November 11th, 2009New 2010 Beta RxManager is being updated today to repair a refill request error. The service may be offline for short amounts of time throughout the day. This service should be restored and repaired by 12:00 noon 11-11-2009.
Faxing Service Slow
November 9th, 200935% of the faxing capacity was offline, all servers are now back online. By 11/9/2009, 7:30 PM CT 5 to 10 minute fax times should be restored.
